General terms and conditions

The subject of the following general terms and conditions is, on the one hand, the commercial room rental service of the landlord (Villa Infinity Poison), as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service provider, hereinafter referred to as Lady. We may refer to the respective service recipient as a guest. Legal provisions remain unaffected.

I. General terms and conditions of the landlord

1. Contract with the landlord

The landlady provides space to the lady for a fee as part of a rental agreement, answers telephone inquiries on behalf of the lady and receives guests on her behalf.
The specific service to be provided by the lady to the guest is not part of the rental agreement with the landlady. The design of the sexual services is determined exclusively between the lady and the guest under their own responsibility.

2. Pictorial and textual representation of the ladies' services by the landlady

These descriptions are based on information and templates from the respective lady. The landlord assumes no liability for the content of these information and templates.

3. Payment

No separate fee will be charged to the guest for the room rental. The respective services are billed directly between the guest and the lady.

4. Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim.

II. Lady's General Terms and Conditions

1. Type and scope of the lady's services

The type and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the guest are determined between them under their own responsibility. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions apply.

2. Performance of the landlord

No contractual relationship is established between the landlord and the guest. If the landlord or a person commissioned by the landlord (Villa Infinity Poison) provides services to the guest, they act exclusively on behalf of the lady.

3. Remuneration

The respective fee that the guest has to pay to the lady relates exclusively to the services to be provided by the lady.

4. Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim.
